Please use this form to claim a flash design. DO NOT use this form to submit a custom tattoo project proposal. There is a separate form for those submissions when custom booking is open. After you submit the flash claim form, you can expect to receive a personalized email with instructions for scheduling an appointment and paying the required deposit. Response times vary. Submission forms and emails take time to sift through, so please be patient.

AVAILABLE FLASH

All current, available flash designs and corresponding information can be found on my Instagram (@horsefacetattoo). There is a highlighted story called “available,” where all available flash designs live. I regularly post new flash designs.

PLACEMENT

Please include as many details as possible when providing information about the desired size and placement. Most flash designs will have a size minimum, this information will be listed on Instagram. Things to consider: which side of your body do you want the tattoo on, which body part, which way you want the design to face, and your existing tattoos. Get out your measuring tape, exact measurements of the available space are very helpful. If you have existing tattoos to work around, you may be asked to provide a photo of the area.

ORGANIZATION & RESPONSE TIMES

In addition to the hours spent tattooing, running a small business, maintaining my website, managing my appointments, the shop schedule, and my social media platforms…there are lots of emails! Please be patient when waiting for a response. Long story short, don’t call us, we’ll call you. Once we have begun email correspondence, it is critical that you respond only to the existing email thread. Tracking multiple threads for one client only increases response times and makes organizing my inbox a nightmare.
